Immersion blender is probably one for me. I don't have an electric kettle, but when I got my countertop induction hob it effectively turned my regular kettle into an electric kettle, so maybe that's the second.

In my second time doing El Tour, a few javelinas dashed out across the road a ways in front of me. They were far enough that there wasn't any danger, but I've been extra vigilant on that part of the course ever since.
