Update. It seems they aren't budging on this. Any Australian lawyers know if this is legal at all? I'm pretty sure this might violate some ACCC stuff but I'm not too sure.

To clarify, they're saying the invoice shows dec 2nd so it's outside the promotion period. However my order was on the Nov 28th so it is within the period but the shipment date is Dec 2nd. Last screenshot is the invoice date but again, that is clearly not my purchase date.
