Having followed Philae's landing(s) from the main mission control in Cologne a few days earlier - diary4dan.wordpress.com/2014/11/12/s... - and also the drama that followed being 'present' at the LOS as well provided me a kind of closure.

Having followed Philae's landing(s) from the main mission control in Cologne a few days earlier - diary4dan.wordpress.com/2014/11/12/s... - and also the drama that followed being 'present' at the LOS as well provided me a kind of closure.
Now that the shutdown is over, how is the FY 2026 budget process continuing now? Thinking especially about all those NASA missions the White House wants to die and which Congress wants to live on ...

The end of Philae's brief adventure happened to coincide with a planet & comet observers' meeting in Germany - where we held an impromptu vigil (it was deep at night) and watched the lander's battery fade away via Twitter: x.com/Philae2014/s...
