AG Raúl Torrez today filed an amended motion to his civil lawsuit against former Prez Shepard & regents adding allegations of aiding and abetting and by going after his agreement's indemnity clause. Details below:

She says she will work with state lawmakers on a legislative reform for severance packages at public institutions.

... most recently, I moderated a discussion with a young woman who was formerly incarcerated in our troubled juvenile detention center, and a youth justice advocate whom the Governor fired from a state panel on juvenile justice after he criticized the detention center in my stories

Seth described Florence County and Pamplico to me as a relic of yesteryear. Beyond the brick church, there’s not much beyond old tumbledown tobacco barns. Many of the vast tracts have land here have been passed down by families for generations

I only found ONE state with an official filing. Texas.

In 2015, as you can see here, the state subjected him to a tax forfeiture
