TMX is running ~ 50% capacity as oil companies send their oil to USA. What is forgotten is that all the major oil refineries around the world are owned by the same Wealthy Oil Barons and companies, per se. Shipping Tar from the Alberta Tar sands is not good business at 25% below fair market price.
