On January 6, the first breach through police and onto restricted Capitol grounds occurred at 12:53pm on the NW path near the Peace Monument. While many of the rioters that aided in that breach have been identified and arrested, some have been identified and have gone uncharged. 🧵 1/?

Apparently on J6, Matthew Perna tried to throw an empty bucket at police as they were clearing the mob from the north side of the Capitol but managed to whip it straight into the back of a livestreamer—Kristan T. Harris—who was not amused.
