On January 6, the first breach through police and onto restricted Capitol grounds occurred at 12:53pm on the NW path near the Peace Monument. While many of the rioters that aided in that breach have been identified and arrested, some have been identified and have gone uncharged. 🧵 1/?

Apparently on J6, Matthew Perna tried to throw an empty bucket at police as they were clearing the mob from the north side of the Capitol but managed to whip it straight into the back of a livestreamer—Kristan T. Harris—who was not amused.

#QuickChangers Brenden Reed, Kierra Horvath, and Shane Riggenbach (left to right; never charged), heading south along the north side of the Capitol at 3:33pm on J6.

These three Trump supporters were placed at the center of the nonsensical "antifa changing in the bushes" theory.

Jared Wise’s Jan. 6 felony trial was actually underway when Trump was inaugurated and shut all the cases down. Wise had taken the stand in his own defense.

Now he’s an adviser to DOJ working w Ed Martin on “weaponization,” per @alanfeuer + Adam Goldman

Over on X, Jonathan Cagle has a new account, after his previous one—@DecentFiJC—was suspended, likely for all of the virulently anti-semitic posts. No idea yet why he’s chosen the name “Richard Entuboca.”
