I put 800 miles on the odometer this past week, meeting.

Here’s what I learned along the way:

1. Meet your audience where they are.
2. Before the meeting, understand what they truly value.
3. Bring what they value to the meeting.
4. Ask for feedback.
5. Bring cookies 🍪.

While technology has its limitations and flaws, I found immense satisfaction when my two kids video-conferenced with my mom 1200 miles away.

Initiatives are on as good as their implementation. Fascinating to ask parents to talk about their kid’s school.
