Having now finished it, I fully recommend Séance of Blake Manor for anyone who likes the IDEA of detective mystery games.
Even if, like me, you usually don't finish the games because you just can't keep track of all the information. I don't know if more games have solved this, but Séance truly has.

First time I've kept so well to a new year's resolution. Each evebing before sleep I read dome Discworld, now on the Last Continent, so just over halfway. I won't complete it in '25, but will be able continue and complete it with this order (shepherd coming still).

I think I remember thinking it looked close to finished when I wishlisted it. That was more than five years ago and it comes out tomorrow. Makes me feel better about Yesterdreamt's long road. 😅

Somehow all the RPGs are rebooting at roughly the same time, but I'll make room for another one. Always had a soft spot for comedy in my ttrpgs, and with such a laser focus for puns... 😁

- The demo for my cosmic horror metroidvania (horrortroid, if you will), if you want to risk some sanity
- the Séance at Blake Manor, the detective part of the game really clicks, cheff's kiss UI, and also has a comic book look, but in 3D!

Two recommendations for Scream Fest 😼
- The demo for my cosmic horror metroidvania (horrortroid, if you will), if you want to risk some sanity

Something similar happened in Ghent. They closed up the area around the Reep and it ended up as parking space, and then in 2018 they reopened it to the water. ("Voor het eerst in bijna zestig jaar vloeien in Gent de Leie en de Schelde weer samen. ")
