It’s good to be back in the workshop after my studies. I’ve made mirrors for all my grandchildren - the motifs I choose tell the child’s story. This mirror has just been delivered. (The button came from a uniform worn by my beloved grandfather, after whom the youngest grandchild was named.)

At an airport I once saw a bunch of transcendentalists boarding a flight they’d chartered. At least I assumed they were transcendentalists because they were on a hire plane thank you please enjoy the weekend ahead.

@BBCEarth #WalkingWithDinosaurs? 🦖It features Triceratops, found in the USA & Canada. In our collection we have this section of brow horn with well preserved blood vessels. How it came to be here is a bit of a mystery. #FossilFriday
