Yep. The more I think about it I'm on a FIT export tariff of 35.5p currently and that lasts until 2037 so probably better just to keep them separate, get batteries and charge them off peak.
Just got my first FIT payment in for five months over the winter period and it wasn't a huge amount.

I've got PV panels on the roof on a v. good FIT scheme tariff, no battery and an EV charger in the garage, but no EV yet, so I feel a heat pump should be integrated. Trouble is I haven't got a clue what I'm doing. Hence, I need an expert, not a salesman.
