Looking forward facilitating 'switching off from work' workshop @glasgowcvs.bsky.social I will also be posting blog piece on the GCVS notice board which offers some ideas. It matters when we are at work we do all we can, it also matters when the working day is over we can switch off e.g. no emails!

It can help if we focus on the 15% in our control and what the vision for that bit can be, as for understanding, perhaps understanding ourselves is a place to start, that can perhaps give us confidence to expand the 15% in our control. Regaining that sense of confidence and self belief matters
