i feel, i almost dropped out after freshman year but stayed in it bc it was the only place i had friends in hs. i enjoyed it and glad i kept going but my god i have lost like all musical intelligence lmao

this is me despite being in band for so long 😭

i personally think it depends on the person's individual life and what's going on. i have clocked in 40+ hours on a game in a week but also made sure to take time to get the important stuff done first before i sunk into them
