Sonic 3D Blast is like this as well. I played the NTSC version first as a kid and found it unbearable, but then played it on a PAL MegaDrive and actually found it a lot easier.

Been feeling this lately. It really bothers me seeing irl folks and online folks speak out against Israeli apartaid, immidiately followed by going out to McDonalds and watching Disney films.
Like sure it's impossible to boycott everything, but surely McDonalds, Disney and Xbox are very easy to.
