Great initiative. I love journaling for small groups and the way it provides complete privacy and support at the same time.

Though, tbh, my adult son who has an intellectual disability has reclaimed the R word and uses it when hassled by people in public. ie after some witty repost says you just got owned by a R. Tells me the ringleaders' friends crack up and move on.

Yeah, it is like speaking with the one person in the world who truly knows you! And the weird thing is you surprise yourself with insights!

Hi Kai, I teach journaling for emotional health and my guess is you are using your journal to release emotions that aren't being met in your world. Which is great but will make it a difficult place to be sometimes.
Try mixing it up a bit: treasure a recent moment, describe what's in front of you etc
