I share that, yet being on X doesn't change the dialogue one bit. I think it allows far-right shills to egg on the moderates that are still there. As a result, a debate is carried into traditional media. If people aren't there to take the bate, the far-right would be less amplified outside of X

This doesn't mean things can't be changed. EU integration is the thing that needs to change. EU leaders need to mean it. That means showing EU citizens they understand what's existential. Unify Europe

Look, it's really not pretty, but the U.S. admin, has always been the most consequential to EU countries, because our security depends on it. Turns out security tops the list of what are a country's most existential things...

That surveyed people are waking up to it is apparently new. That the BXL bubble is shocked by survey participants' responses makes it seem like the bubble has been a) in denial b) knew/knows it, but was hoping the respondents (aka European writ large) would continue to have wool over their eyes.

I think this is really telling: The U.S. admin for years, has been more consequential for DE, FR, UK than the election of those countries' own leaders. It's a really sad reality, but it's a reality.
