PSA for those with a RetroTink 4K: Make sure you have 4:4:4 Pass Through enabled on your TV. I didn't realize that masks were totally jacked up by not having it on, they're 100x better now!

I saw heavy traffic from China/Singapore this month, so I added background browser challenges against those countries (fails fall back to a CAPTCHA). Below shows how many attempted connections from CN/SG in ~12 hours after adding it. Only 45 connections actually were real users.

Heres the output of the photodiode when flicking a flash light to it. You can see it jumps from 5V to 0V when it sees enough light.

Sciencing tonight. Even point blank at 140 nits on a calibrated set and a new photodiode, my light gun won't trigger. Looks like I'll be shopping around for more sensitive diodes.

The game tracks every *actually* significant piece of info you learn in a menu that persists through the loops in a really pleasing way that draws lines between the associated items, so you just load up the game and you know instantly what things to go check out

PSA, if you try and download a file on Archive.org and your browser cancels the download (Chromium based or Firefox), hit Ctrl+J, copy the actual download link, and paste it in PowerShell/terminal in this format:

Made a batch of raspberry and pineapple kombucha, used the rind to start a batch of tepache, and also started some yogurt. Busy night, but will thoroughly enjoy it all over the next couple weeks!
