Flip-chip is a key approach in 3D integration, enabling scale to higher qubit counts. By bonding chips face-down onto interposers or substrates, we achieve tighter interconnects and more efficient signal routing—both essential for building high-coherence, high-density quantum processors.

The work applied a #microfluidic system replicated from molds made on 6 inch wafers using e-beam lithography precision fabrication to identify within 2 h, bacterial strands of #E.coli, #K.pneumoniae, or #E.faecalis in real human blood samples.
