How about an old franchise that’s new to the mystery minis line? Someone from the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. I think maybe Arthur and Marvin. If possible mmmmaybe Deep Thought I don’t know.

So since we had a Xenomorph and a predator in series 1, but 2 alien characters but no predators in series 2, series 3 should have 2 predator characters. And I pick the Feral Pred from Prey and Dutch

21. Wrath and Prometheus: The other 2 Evil Batmen. Both of them have origins that mirror Bruce’s but both having different plans and motives. One became an assassin who wanted to get revenge on the cop who took his Parents(Jim Gordon), the other went against the idea of Justice.

20. Niccolai Tepes aka the Mad Monk: you’re gonna love this guy. He’s Batman’s second ever villain, a Hungarian, Werewolf, Vampire Monk. He was created back in the 30’s when they really loved horror stuff and especially Dracula.

18. Victor Goodman/William McElroy aka King Tut: a criminal obsessed with Egyptology and a creation of the 60’s Batman tv show, he would fit perfectly in this game…. Also his post-crisis introduction gave him a really cool looking redesign(?) I’m honestly shocked no one used it.

16. Lonnie Machin aka Anarky. A very interesting villain because he means well but goes about it the wrong way. He’s only made 2 mainstream appearances; Beware the Batman and Batman: Arkham Origins.

15. Dr. Alexander Sartorius aka Doctor Phosphorus: Not to be confused with Blight from Batman Beyond. A nuclear scientist mutated by radiation and transformed into Dr. Phosphorus. He’d definitely be an interesting boss fight for a side mission in the open world.

13 & 14. Harry Loomis and Lisa Lorraine aka Pack Rat and Mighty Mom: These 2 are a pair of comedian judges brainwashed by the joker into becoming bad silver age esque villains, alongside fellow judge Buddy Standler aka the Condiment king.

9. Leonard Fiasco aka The Eraser: Leonard is proficient at covering up crime scenes and cleaning up any evidence. Despite his ridiculous costume choice it’s not a bad idea for a villain.

8. Otis Flannegan aka The Ratcatcher: He’s a former exterminator, or a literal Ratcatcher, who began training rats to help him commit crimes. There’s Been several references to him but never an actual appearance.
