The ONLY answer should be to provide a rail option for North Cornwall, not just franchising the little rail we don't have. We literally have nothing to franchise! That answer is just rubbing it in North Cornwall faces!

North #Cornwall & Bude is the region’s largest community without direct railway access. Suffers from the poorest bus connections to any rail station. +20k residents, +250k visitors, only 3 times daily to the local hospital, university, jobs & rail. Similar sized towns - it's hourly!

North #Cornwall & Bude is the region’s largest community without direct railway access. Suffers from the poorest bus connections to any rail station. +20k residents, +250k visitors, only 3 times daily to the local hospital, university, jobs & rail. Similar sized towns - it's hourly!

Congrats! It'll be great to work with you to help a cross border bus issue we have in Cornwall-Devon here, with our +40k residents and +250k visitors all having to drive due to bus services being stripped to 6hr gaps now to the local train station (a 2hr trip away).
