A weighted blanket. I never imagined that it could make such a difference when sleeping — or even when I get overwhelmed during the day and am working at home. It makes me feel just like this hamster 🐹

#ADA33 it’s far past time to keep the promise represented by this civil rights law. It’s been 33 years. And if we are truly to bend the arc towards justice for disabled people, recognize that the legal requirements are the floor, not the ceiling.
