Too bad. If it was Comcast they’d be able to get to work on building an escalator connecting Universal Studios to the Warner lot so they can finally have more room to build out the attractions.

Great. Can’t wait to see the big red N emblazoned on the water tower.

I just say “that’s a really funny way to pronounce George.”

Then the period where things were shot in widescreen HD but companies like Comcast would charge extra for HD and then half the channels they didn’t even offer the HD feed for, but would have multiple instances of the same SD channels.

Yeah. But it was also a shower about the ship’s engineer getting possessed by the spirit of Jack the Ripper and murdering some women, then they never speak of it again.

I assumed they’re continuing from last months flipped theme. Getting around to watching this cartoon now and think I’d rather watch Book of Henry again.

and the other guy is the one that tosses the extra heads if you’re fast enough and hit the right frames with your inputs.

I don’t know where you’d find a modern “normal” TV that isn’t “smart” and loaded with a bunch of useless poorly running apps. If there was good TV model that wasn’t “smart” I’d definitely go for that over one with all the useless “smart” features.

I really wish I could get a remote that doesn’t have any of those stupid buttons. Just trying to grab the remote in the wrong place can lead to pressing one of those buttons which causes the TV to turn on, download, and launch the associated app.

The thing is this should have been planned so businesses could get updates rolled out to their POS systems to address this. With the way this was handled all it will lead to is irritated old people and employers who are already suspicious and think every employee is stealing from them
November 28, 2025 at 5:07 PM
At 52¢ you have the old person upset over being shorted & demanding to speak to the manager & get the employee fired. At 53¢ the employee’s drawer is short & they get a write up & termination. The other case are the businesses that are just refusing cash transactions that aren’t exact change
November 28, 2025 at 4:58 PM
That’s basically what’s happening here, just with no actual government policy or guidance behind it besides “no more pennies” so it’s up to every individual business to decide how to handle transactions going forward and dealing with customers upset over not getting their change back to the penny
November 28, 2025 at 4:50 PM
I’m really feeling sorry for anyone with a cashier job right now. Many businesses care a lot about cash shortages and will write up/terminate employees if their drawer is short or over by change. I doubt many places have adopted new policies to deal with any of this.

One of the best games on the PSP.

Yep. No mindless button mashing action game is even if it’s titled Final Fantasy # for some reason.

It’s such a pain in the ass to cook we’re not even doing a turkey this year. Instead going for stuff that’s going to actually get eaten, not end up with a bunch of leftovers that go bad.
November 27, 2025 at 4:02 AM
You’d think they’d make it more of a challenge to eat through the good parts and avoid the disgusting ones, but they loaded the 3-4 good bits at the bottom and the rest can go right in the trash.

I know. Why put all the effort to design something like that then waste it all by putting it in a pair of overpriced shoes that are going to fall apart after being worn for 10 minutes.

Really nice to see the location shots in San Francisco and the Monterey Bay Aquarium used in the movie.

How did they miss the chance to call it ZooTWOpia?
November 22, 2025 at 6:14 PM
“Big budget” means they’ll be able to afford props and costumes without having to reuse ones from another movie like the last live action attempt at a Gundam movie?

Too much for the Republican Party but just enough for the leadership of the Democratic Party to come with open arms.
November 22, 2025 at 3:11 AM
At least they got Ninja Baseball Bat Man, and pretty high on the list too.

It’s garbage like this that really makes it hard to make an argument about copyright law being way too long. Of course rights holders are going to lobby for longer and longer copyrights if the second a piece of work enters the public domain this is the kind of garbage that someone does with it.
