That happened to me too! I'd read up when they were in Russia, caught up and then set it down & forgot about it. Then a friend showed me the live action movie last year and I was like huh, I should finish it. I was not prepared to go fandom brainworms crazy for it this time.

Also since his customer satisfaction is already 0, he's deployed to deal with loud aggressive customers. What are they going to do, further tank his scores? Fuck 'em. So yeah he's lazy and has a shitty attitude but he saved your ass by dealing with the worst customer alive, so you turn a blind eye.

YEAH. He's always in the stockroom or storage or the alleyway or up on the roof. He won't clean, but he will show up when the tills freeze during rush and knows exactly what key combination to press to reboot them/get you logged back in so you can get people out the fucking door.
