Anyway, I'm never leaving my house again.

There were 2 other older men who greeted me in the living room and just accepted my presence as if I wasn't deeply confused and clearly in the wrong house. They were entirely unbothered and offered me coffee before I skedaddled to my actual destination in the correct town.

Even stranger yet, I was just welcomed into the house by an older gentleman who was picking up the dog yapping at my ankles before telling me I could leave my shoes on and then he disappeared upstairs closing the door behind him.
