There are currently 4 characters up for grabs, but I’ve got 4 more in store and In Shaa’ Allah I will be designing more and more as the future comes!

-I don’t know about commercial use, but I’ll either not allow it OR I’ll increase the price depending on the intended usage…it’s kind of a tricky part.

-I don’t think they have to state it’s my design Every Single Time but definitely when necessary or when the character is introduced…
-I will not consent for my designs to be fed to AI machines or used in their prompts.
-They can alter the design as they like and make up their lore.

Here’s my currently planned terms and conditions in case it’ll help:
-the references will be contain a statement that this is my design.
-once bought, the buyer can use the reference when commissioning other artists or ask for higher quality image, but I will NOT remove my statement. (Cont.)

I’d like to know some information about this, preferably general stuff because I live in a different country than all of you I’m sure. I’m surprised it’s actually this big of a deal like I’m just a Little Gorl….

And I’ll have to go to Law Places and do things Involved With The Law and it’s all so spooky and I don’t understand it. Is this stuff actually necessary in this community?
If it is, will the proceedings require me to use my real name for my signature or whatever? It isn’t actually A-MD, you know

I’ll have to wait until I’m 21 so I’m a legal adult and can contact a lawyer—
