NOPE, failed the smell test. It’s very hard to believe that it’s the same guy in surveillance/cctv images. A mediocre attorney can have these charges thrown out based on the NYPD own evidence.
Luckily he has-Karen #FriedmanAgnifilo as an attorney. NYPD will have to find another Italian to pin it on.
