50.4 kg on 28Nov2025. I’ll restart tonight. 6:30am shifts this whole week (with 2x trainings), I think we can try to avoid sugar/pastry. And only have coffee, water and fruits. It’s spring/summer now in Sydney.

Guys I think I’m official quitting Pilates for now. I think my body is gaining more muscle shape/ tone and it’s getting heavier… I feel more bulkier than before AND it makes me hungrier!! I’ve been over eating for weeks (since my bday). I have 4 months left until the flight to see family overseas!!

I fked up big time. Idk if it’s the overeating + muscle gain/ water retention combo OR the period + fat gain combo happening. My thighs are feeling thick, and I feel heavier. I haven’t touched the scales for a while. I’m terrified. Idk if I should do a fast. I’m scared of yoyo-ing. Help.
