Yotsuyu survives Castrum Fluminis, saved by Shiina's intervention. She travels to Hingashi with her and Gosetsu to start life anew and reckon with her past. The Primal "Tsukuyomi" remains with her as an alter-ego embodying her past self, and she walks a path resembling Eorzean Dark Knights.
