The ferals are unhappy about the atmospheric river. It's 50°. They are not wet. They have food, water & a heated bed on the porch. Still, staring at me to let me know they're not happy

Hissy, a feral I've been feeding for the last couple years. She will not follow her 1 bro & 1 son who use the cat door to come inside or let me touch her, but watches me work in the kitchen constantly.

Multiple places to sleep. The dog crate hut has insulation & a crate size dog heating pad that goes on 12 hrs overnight. Their heated water dish arrives tomorrow. That's more for my convenience though. Frankie on a self heating pad (a torn insulted shopping bag, repurposed)& Hissy, She Who Watches.

I have 2 pair of the Nomov & a couple pairs from last year that I don't remember the brand. My thyroid stopped working 33 years ago & I freeze in the winter. I wear these under other pants as well as skirts & dresses & am so warm.

I am so sorry. I had to have my sweet Zeva eased into her next journey last month. It is heartbreaking, even when it's the only way.
