An episodic sci-fi comedy about an alien bounty hunter and his sidekicks, an alien cat and a robot

I remember watching this as it was airing on toonami. Absolutely chaos.

I don't know how Pinterest works, so I sadly do not know who to credit for this art, but I can assure it's not me. I think it's just real cool Franky art with a VERY important message that everyone should know.
