Cougar Crest Trail in the San Bernardino Mountains overlooking Big Bear Lake. Hiked this in 2014 with family. It was really fun and nice to get into a different mountain range than my usual. 7000'+ elevation.

10/2014 I hiked Mt Baldy for my 50th birthday with family. Its a great hike to 10,064 ft! I went on to hike it a few more times. Its one of the biggies for me.

The view from the peak of Mt Baden Powell 2014. It is a stunning peak at 9,407'. It was the highest elevation hike that was still in close proximity to my home at that time. I miss having this mountain range in my backyard!

10 mile wilderness hike to the Bridge to Nowhere in 2014. On the weekends they do bungee jumping off the bridge. Amazing to see the bridge after a hard hike!

This is from 2021 A hike I did in the San Gabriel mountains on the Burkhart trail. I was hiking around 8 miles per hike at that time and this was 14 miles. I overdid it and started limping quite badly at around 12 miles. I don't regret a thing!
