Gym, trying to train ass 3x a week D:
Leg day 3x a week may be too much lol. esp cause of bulgarian split squats. I want bigger legs and arse (and hopefully that will land me a guy XD) but OMFFFFFFG I feel I'm not recovering fast enough!
