It's frustrating. I'm currently looking for an established publishing house, getting a book out in my own doodle style full of little things to explore, but I can't even apply and get a ticket in the lottery to be chosen because I don't have an agency.

2024, I came back to something that resembles a professional artist life, paid with micro dinners for the kids and less sleep. Managed to climb closer to my goals so... worth it. I got hungrier, wanting to do more. I guard that feeling deep within my heart because it hasn't been around for so long.

I did it you guys ❤️🔥 Still high-fiving myself for squeezing this in despite not having enough hours in my day. I didn't sleep and I had too much coffee but I really needed to make it, just like this, right at this time. Sounds cliché but... it's just the way it was.

I saw BlueSky on the Swedish news this morning. So happy more people came here (that was what the news report was about, more people looking for social app options elsewhere)

I made this in a day and I want to do more... frame by frame hand drawn artwork, but you know, on a more slow paced and bigger scale... Art that moves is really exciting to me!

Working on a comic zine. Getting to the inking stage on the first page and sketching out the rest haha in other words still a lot left to go ....but yeah let's go....

The first follower I stumbled upon and decided to follow was @neilhimself.neilgaiman.com which seemed appropriate somehow ....although I have never read Sandman and my artist friends tease me for it. I saw it in my local library so; on it ASAP. (But I'm a full time artist mom of 2 and life is crazy)
