I am not sure the american dream consist of being a victim of a landlords. So to buy maybe mortgage at $2k and after property taxes and insurance $2500-3000 for most places under the typical forever-year mortgage term.

He's guilty of this and all sorts of stuff and the tactic is always just delay and corruption. It has been so obvious since forever and yet people actually voted this sociopath back in.
