Anyone with a #Behmor coffee roaster wanting a roast schedule for freah roasting hazelnuts, I've got one pretty much dialed in. For years I roasted hazelnuts the hard way - in the oven. It is very doable that way, but definitely quite a bit more effort than roasting in my fully updated Behmor 1600+.
