Oh that makes it so much more difficult. If you have access to a tree, I’ve had good luck with an end-fed long/random wire setup for HF. Very small footprint, just a matter of getting the wire up high enough to slope decently, and connecting the right UnUn transformer.

I have been down the attic antenna rabbit trail, and I turned back after I started doing the EMF exposure math 😂
