I do see why people get scared at first, because of the speed things are changing in our field. Some people are better at handling (rapid) change than others.
But in the end it indeed comes down to. "Let's use the tool where it works best" and it's up to us as engineer to figure out where that is.

...And the session exceeded the expectations. Very entertaining way to showcase multimodal RAG 😁
