I always wanted one as a kid and you can bet that little kid in me is grinning ear to ear now.

The low carb part keeps me in ketosis. The downside is if I cheat I gotta reset and wait a couple of days for my body to get back into it. 30kg is awesome! Well done. Honestly the high protein has kept me pretty satiated. I've not really had much hunger at all.
