I love this idea! I remember there being a recipe book I used to read which was how to hide vegetables in food to get children to eat them more often! Very funny idea but extremely essential to their growth!

This is an interesting point Henil, mental health is especially connected to overeating when emotions like sadness are involved. When an individual is sad they will turn to comfort foods which are usually sweets or junk food

This is a great point Yebin! I definitely feel like the culture of junk food has a very strong emotional hold as well. If someone is feeling down comfort foods are usually unhealthy options, like ice cream or chips!

This is a great point Venkata! Sometimes while I have the ingredients and time I may not have the energy to cook a full meal after my classes! As a result I end up eating out of door dashing!

This is so interesting! When we think of addictive drugs we rarely ever think of caffeine! Caffeine is entirely an addictive substance, which so many college students function off of! However, at a certain point of consumption, the stimulant like you mentioned has negative effects!

That’s very interesting, I imagine following a diet like this must be incredibly expensive too prioritizing high quality foods like organic produce or grass fed meats!
