The second half of this comic.

It was all done with pencil, and I had planned to make it an arc of Rodan getting a stomach-ache from the pilot, other monsters helping Rodan solve this problem, but it never happened.

Panel 9 and 10. Panel 9 features Rodan, eyes still closed, still hungover, opening his beak with a kaiju-sized yawn, while the pilot is being carried toward his beak. Panel 10 features the pilot drifting further, showing how enormous Rodan’s beak is. Panel 11 and 12. Panel 11 shows Rodan, having finished his yawn, the pilot catching in his throat, causing him momentarily choke, his eyes widening with shock. Panel 12 continues this, Rodan coughing for a second, before finally swallowing this ‘irritant’, having splashed a bit of coffee from his mug. Panel 13 and 14. Panel 13 has Rodan sighing after this choking incident, with him saying: “Geez…What was that? Almost choked on it, whatever it was. Glad no one was watching that…”. Panel 14 shows the inside of Rodan’s stomach, with glowy marks on the flesh, the pilot shivering at the base of the stomach, as well as the parachute, the sounds of the kaiju’s heart audible alongside gurgling. Panel 15 and 16. Panel 15 shows the internal view, with a stream of coffee pouring in over the pilot, to their surprise, with an audible ‘GLUG-LUG-LUG’ sound as the monster drinks. Panel 16 show Rodan sipping on his coffee once more, more calmly, saying “Probably best to forget about that…”.

I was digging through some of my older files when I came across a comic I did a few years ago. I remember I wanted to continue it, but never did so, so I figured I'd share it as is.

"Homeward Projected, Inbound Directed", featuring Rodan.

Panel 2 features a person flying a prop-plane called "Sparrow" over the clouds and ocean, from a top-down perspective. Panels 3 and 4. Panel 3 features the pilot at helm, smiling with their aviator goggles on. Panel 4 features the same view, only with the propellor in front having suddenly exploded and caught fire, with the pilot looking alarmed. Panels 5 and 6. Panel 5, the pilot's hand is pulling an eject lever. Panel 6, the pilot is ejected from the plane, which is already beginning to descend. Panels 7 and 8. Panel 7 has the pilot drifting towards a mountainous chain of islands, unbuckling from his seat and deploying his parachute, which reads 'Soar'. Panel 8 shows Rodan walking out from a ountain cave onto a ledge, eyes closed, a giant coffee mug in his claws, with him saying: "Ugh...got to take it easy with the shochu...can't keep up with Varan like I used too..." [the wrong 'to'].
