And it's better than 80% of libraries in my country.
Hell, my university library was a massive 3-story building that housed a giant archive that included books from the Middle Ages. And it didn't have HALF of the facilities Americans are describing small local libraries having.

I live in a 3rd world country. My local library is a single 15mx20m room on the ground floor of a mall. There's a shelf of Mills & Boon books from the 80's and 90's, half the Captain Underpants series, specifically volume 3 of Rave Master, and a shelf of direcct-to-dvd animated christmas movies.

THEY HAVE EVERY BOOK AND MOVIE EVER! DID YOU KNOW YOU CAN RENT OLD CONSOLES AND GAMES? THERE'S PRIVATE CUBICLES WHERE YOU CAN LISTEN TO OLD RECORDS.
