they want you to buy overpriced ambiios to unlock game functions. Not to mention Metroid Prime 4 basically removed everything that made the franchise unique. 3/3

for purchases, both of which every other platform has, are still lacking. For Switch 2, Nintendo allows you to list discounted games on your wish list separately. Nintendo couldn't be bothered to offer that small perk on Switch 1.
While Metroid Prime 4 has no microtransactions, 2/3

As a multiplatform gamer who got Switch 2 at launch, it is extremely underwhelming. Exclusives and launch titles are nothing special. It has the worst backwards compatibility. Tbf I can see it being appealing to kids 12 and under. Even something so basic as a rating system and a true cart 1/3

I am of the same mind. This fascist regime's attitude to immigration is directly opposed to Christ's most well-known parable, the good Samaritan. Criminals aren't being kidnapped by masked gestapo. It's hard-working people who at most overstayed their visa. It's completely anti-Christian.

Another example of that is immigration. Biden kept, reinstated and even fought in court to save Trump’s lousy immigration policies. Did he attract any Republican support? All he got for that was being ridiculously labeled as “Open Borders Biden” by the entire conservative establishment and media.

Healthcare especially in the wealthiest nation in the world shouldn’t be a matter of who has or doesn’t have insurance. Already healthcare providers at the VA don’t worry about whether or not their patients have insurance. Thus insurance isn’t and shouldn’t be something that will always be needed.

Actually, cops do kill indiscriminately and have done so for years now. The tragedy of George Floyd was not even remotely an isolated case. Thanks to conservative SCOTUS decisions from the late 1980s, police cry, "I was scared," and that's their ticket to murder.

US sets another grim record for killings by police in 2024
Police killed more than 1,300 people in the U.S. last year, a slight increase that made 2024 the deadliest year for police killings, a report found.

Joe Lieberman was that era's Joe Manchin but worse. He was a key player in creating the Department of Homeland Security. If SCOTUS hadn't given the election to Bush, as Gore's VP Lieberman's career would have been neutered and that would have been a very good thing.

Absolutely and well said. Not only was ACA ultimately derived from conservatives, EVERY single thing Democrats did to dress it up and make it seem palatable, they gutted to please Republicans and Obama who wanted broad, bipartisan support. That worked well. Not a single Republican voted for it.

The ACA is basically the corpo healthcare plan from the same "think tank" that gave us Project 2025.

I can't tell if you are trolling me or are legitimately ignorant, but likely both. Van Hollen is continuing to use his office to raise awareness, push for legislation, etc. He went to El Salvador in support for Garcia. Grow up.

Van Hollen: The U.S. Is 'Complicit' in Starving the People of Gaza
Sen. Chris Van Hollen said the blocking of food and aid into Gaza is "collective punishment" and called on Trump to ask Israel to lift their blockade.

Israel gave Hamas billions to keep them in power. Israel had illegally occupied Gaza for decades. The creation of Israel was built on the theft of the properties of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians who were forced to flee. Israelis practice that very much today in the West Bank.
