Stephen Yaxley-Lennon (Tommy Robinson) has been acquitted after being stopped in Folkestone on a terrorism-related charge... the Judge concluded 'that it was actually what you stood for & [his] beliefs that acted as a principle reason for the stop'....
One might now wonder if those who have been arrested under the Terrorism Act for holding up signs 'supporting' Palestine Action might be looking at the conduct of this case and (re)shaping their defence accordingly?
