Yeah a loose one. Fighters fought against the evil M. Bison’s organization, Shadaloo. There was a lot of tournaments because you know, reasons. I ran it for years and it was a very pulpy kind of game. Lots of fun and over the top adventures.

This was one of my first RPGs that I ever purchased. Ran it for years. Still have all the books on my shelf.
