I still am looking for one that specifically supports their ability to continue to fight for their freedom...one that helps pay for ammunition and weapons.

I watched that unfold on live TV. I wasn't watching diplomacy. I was watching an attempted beat-down of a true hero by a couple of bullies with few, if any, heroic qualities.

I don't trust Putin's word when he's speaking on his own behalf, and I'm certainly not going to trust his word as presented through the filter of DT or JD.
