Its very clearly a targeted campaign. That said, having a lovely family holiday for a week after a work event and getting tax payers to foot the bill on those flights is bullshit.

Totally understand! I asked at a new job what an acronym everyone was using stood for. Wide eyes from everyone - they'd used the acronym so long no one could remember what it stood for. Lol.
