Which is wild because I never learnt this in med school! We just stopped at the main 4 and ovale was just 'ovale' to us not the two distinct species that I just apparently have learned about now on wikipedia

Oh neat yeah! I remember your mosquito breeding/ cultivating posts haha. But really glad people work on ovale too. Malariae and falciparum get a lot of spotlight and for good reason but people also do suffer a lot under ovale's grasp too.

once i saw the pencil it was all over. the other almost as bad one is wuchereria which... dont look at what it does in your eye (they made me look at pictures :( )

oh my least favourite worm that causes issues is dracunculus. i dont like that one. i dont like its choices at all
