First annual “Herbening” is a wrap. This years theme (obvs.) - Simon & Garfunkel (minus the parsley, which I don’t bother with drying). Next year, wider variety and fer cryin’ out loud get some half-pint jars, Bob! 😵💫😬😎

Alllllrighty then. Hard cider v2 is now in the fermenter, yeast and nutrient are pitched, and confidence is high that we’ll have active ferment with 1-2 days
