Under the UCMJ, military personnel are not required to follow unlawful orders. An order is considered unlawful if it violates the Constitution, U.S. laws, or military regulations, and service members can refuse to obey such orders without facing legal repercussions.

Correct. You can't directly pick a specific exit relay for general Tor circuits in the standard Tor browser. The exit path is automatically determined using an algorithm. You'd need to understand torrc (advanced) and even then you will only influence the exit node reducing anonymity and performance.

Your IP or DNS-based location signal will point to the exit relay’s location, not your true location. Even a "bad" DNS resolve can land you in another country even if your not on a VPN/Onion server.

If X publishes an account’s country based solely on the signup IP, that can be misleading if the user created the account over a VPN. That said, I don’t understand why someone would choose a VPN server in India.

Not sure about the rest of Florida, but the Gulf (of Mexico) side is overrun with russians- so much so, that you can't go anywhere without hearing russian spoken.
