What drives me insane is those who rip apart a player when he's struggling, and then do a 180 when that same player gets it together and pretend to be his biggest fan. Pure hypocrisy and they seldom get called out on it.

ChatGPT told me Darren Puppa of the Sabres shut out the Oilers in 1985, but no info on the second goalie. After a little digging, it turns out the first was Rangers goalie Hal Winkler who shut out the Montreal Maroons, the 1926 defending champs.
