Family issues. Misinformation creating political outcomes in the U.S. Also, my mother's recent illness and death. My own unrealized hopes, plans & dreams. Wars against Ukraine, Palestine & others. Current & coming consequences of global climate change. Abused and trafficked women and children.

I've prayed just now for relief. Also, gently rub warm olive oil on hands for some relief. For me, eating cherries and avoiding sweets and avoiding sweet drinks helps, too.
